High-pressure airflow is sprayed into the engine intake duct. The high-speed sand particles tumble and crash inside the closed intake duct. This cleans the intake valve and cylinder wall. The walnut sand and carbon mixture is then recycled to the sand storage barrel through a special connector. This process keeps the engine healthy and ensures it continues to provide high-quality power.

• AUTOOL HTS518 is a special machine for the engine Intake pipe and intake valve back side.
• Close the intake valve, then spray walnut powder into the engine intake via air pump(not included), meanwhile, HTS558 will recycle walnut powder by vacuum.
• This is a closed loop. The walnut powder will impact carbon deposition on the inner wall of the intake pipe. After thousands of impacts, carbon deposition will be clear thoroughly

How To Use the AUTOOL HTS518?

• Step 1: Open the headcover of  AUTOOL HTS518 and pour it into walnut powder (need 2- 4KG ), press dust guard on walnut powder then close the cover.
• Step 2: Join the spray gun muzzle and recycle the hose together. (there is a hole in the recycle hose)
• Step 3: Remove the intake manifold of the engine, plug the spray gun into the intake, and turn the crankshaft to close the intake valve. Then connect the high-pressure air pump((not included)) to HTS518.
• Step 4: Connect AC power, and start clean. The process should last 1-3 minutes. (depending on carbon deposition circumstances)
• Step 5: Close AUTOOL HTS518, check cleaning result. Normally the walnut powder can be reused 5-10 times. (depending on carbon deposition circumstances)
